Privacy Policy

How personal data is processed across the Chironte platform.

Effective date: December 30, 2025

Chironte is operated by Diego Ariel Ledesma, a sole proprietor (monotributista) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used in connection with the Chironte platform and its products. Contact: contact@chironte.com.

1. Data we collect

  • Authentication data (Google OAuth): Google user identifier (google_id), email address, full name, and avatar URL.
  • Trading Copilot data: Prompts submitted by the user, model responses, selected symbol/market/timeframe, and system decisions (accept / wait / reject).
  • ERP data: Operational data entered by users, including customers, suppliers, billing, inventory, logistics, internal users, and role assignments.
  • Technical logs: Web server and database logs (Apache/MySQL), typically including IP address and request metadata, retained for approximately three (3) months.

2. How data is used

  • To authenticate users and manage platform access.
  • To operate and improve product functionality.
  • To maintain security, auditability, and system integrity.
  • To diagnose errors and ensure reliability.

3. Account lifecycle

User accounts are not deleted by default. Accounts may be disabled or restricted by administrators to preserve historical integrity, audit trails, and system consistency.

4. Data retention

Application-level data may be modified or removed depending on user role permissions. Technical server logs are retained for approximately three (3) months.

5. Data sharing

Chironte does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (such as hosting services), under appropriate security safeguards.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data. No system is entirely risk-free, but Chironte is designed for traceability and controlled access.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
